Our renovation process starts with first review or consultation together with our customers. It provides a great opportunity for both customers and our team to learn about each other. After knowing the needs and expectations for the unique project, a realistic and satisfactory solution will be presented, and scope of work will be made clear to all parties. Permits processing time is also taken into consideration when necessary. Then we start renovating the space, from demolition, framing, plumbing, electricity, insulation, drywall, painting, flooring, millwork to finishing. When the project is completed, we will walk through the space with customers and make sure all work within contract is done professionally and customers are satisfied.
